All shipments for Orbit Winders are free and insured.

We ship globally using Fedex International Priority or DHL Express Worldwide services.  These are the fastest available services enabling deliveries anywhere around the world within just a few days.

Duties and customs

All shipments are sent from Finland where our products are manufactured.

International shipments to countries outside EU are subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Refunds

We offer an absolute satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your Orbit Winder we will refund the purchase and organize a free return shipping.

Customized products are not applicable for the absolute satisfaction guarantee. For such products we will review the return criteria case by case.
